Me and Byron are Pumped Up!!!

See that smile? That’s the smile of somebody who took on a Killer Arm workout and not only lived but can’t wait to tell about it!! Nitro and Byron were in the building and pushed it to the limit baby!! This how we did it:

  • Heavy Seated Alt. Curls 4 sets, 10 Reps on the 1st two then Maxed on next 2
  • Heavy Nose Breakers- Same amount of Sets and Reps
  • Super Sets of Bi’s and Tri’s including Isolated Cable Curls, Bench Dips, plus A lot more!!

Byron’s arms went from 15 in. to 17 by the end of the workout!!! Now that’s swollen people!!!
