This How Looked After We Finished!!

Oh… My… GOODNESS!!! We had an awesome Leg Day today! I had a guest Myron, come through and hit it with us and the energy was through the roof! The next picture of us laying out on the floor gives you a visual of how we really felt! We knocked out 2 aggressive rotations in an hour. Think you can handle this?

  • Front Squats, Leg Extensions, Single Leg Curls, Step-Ups 12 Reps each for 4 Rounds
  • Laying Leg Curls, Stiff Legged Dead Lifts, Seated Calf Raises, Leg Press 12 Reps each for 3 Rounds: We did 18 Reps on the Calfs

It was Bananas!!! I got to give Myron Credit he hung in there with us even though he’s not used to this type of intensity. He has our respect!
