I Like Quickies Too!!! Hard and Fast!!

Sometimes you need to get a quickie in!! I’ve been super busy getting things done with my site, this blog, my clients and my full time job! Nitro stays busy! So I had to get a quick one in and jet to my other job. This is what I did:

  • Bench Press- 135lbs 10 reps twice, 225 lbs 10 Reps once, 315lbs 4 Reps once
  • Incline Bench Press- 135lbs 10 Reps once, 225lbs 8 Reps, then again for 12 Reps
  • 3 Sets of Cable Crossovers 10 Reps

Then I ran for the door!! (As you can see by the pic, I still got Pumped Up!!)
