The "Nitro and Byron" Tag Team!!

It’s a blast from the past!!! Well maybe not that long ago, however it’s has been a long time since Byron and I trained together. If you’re new to the blog, Byron owns and trains at the facility and we go “way” back. Byron always bring good energy to the table and makes good suggestions on additional exercises to add to the rotation (in this case the rows from the floor on the Smith Machine). It was fun and to the point. Here’s how it went:

  • Pull Ups 6 sets of 10
  • Rows from the floor on the Smith Machine 3 sets of 10
  • One Arm Rows 4 sets of 10 (increase of the weight per set)
  • Super Set of Cable Rows And Lat Pull Downs 12 reps each, 4 rounds

Not bad huh? Got shoulders Tomorrow, I’m ready for it too!!!
