V Squats 4 Plates Each Again!!!

It’s been a good week, and what better way to finish than with a Leg Workout that’s worthy of my warrior standards! Big George was in the building and supervised my workout today. George has been helping me get my knees in shape so I can work on getting some size on my legs. It’s been a challenge when my knees give me problems but today wasn’t that kind of day. After I got them warmed up George pushed me to the limit and I had one of the best Leg Days so far trying to workout without using my leg wraps. The other day when I was going without George I used them because of the pain that I was feeling while I was trying to increase my range of motion. Now, since I pushed 360lbs on the Leg Press for full range, I can’t go back now! Check out the rest of my pics and you can see why I’m so excited! Thanks George!!! You really helped me believe that I can take these legs to the next level. I’m doing Chest and Bi’s on Monday, and I plan on keeping this momentum going. Watch me tear it up!
