Powerful Day!!!

Wow! That’s how I gotta start this entry. I had one of the best workouts that I’ve had in a long time. I guess I just have to admit; there’s no comparison to having a good workout partner or coach going toe to toe or keeping you on point as you train. Now here’s what happened, I was about to train when a friend of Byron’s came in to workout. As it turns out, we were working on the same body parts. This guy; Mason had the warrior attitude that I like. We tore it out the frame just like I’m used to doing when I worked with my crew. My camera died on me so I didn’t get all the shots that I wanted. Check out what went down:

  • Seated Alternating Curls 2 Sets of 10 reps, 1 for 8, and 1 to Capacity
  • Dumbbell Kickbacks 4 sets of 10
  • Super Sets of Laying Cable Curls, Standing Cable Curls, Overhead Rope Extensions and Rope Pull Downs 12 Reps each for 4 Rounds

The Super Set consisted of 192 Reps, which we completed in 15 minutes!! That’s the sort of pace that I love, hard and aggressive!! I’ve got legs tomorrow. I’m gonna have George with me to set the pace. That means another good one’s on the way people! Keep it locked in to the Nitro Channel!!!
