I Got My 100s, Let's Get It!!!

As you can see by the pic, the kid was focused today! My energy was on point and as an added bonus; one of my friends “Major” was in the building and gave me a spot on the bench. I also threw in some push ups on the rings to put something different in the rotation. Except for the push-ups, I went heavy and pushed to capacity. Here’s how it went:

  • Incline Dumbbell Press/ 4 Sets
  • Flat Bench / 4 sets
  • Ring Push Ups / 4 Sets

My time was limited so I only got three exercises in but it was short and sweet. I’m doing shoulders tomorrow. My friend Don over in San Diego tells me he’s normally doing 85lb Dumbbell Military Presses. I’m going to hit 90lbs tomorrow or better. By the way Don how’s that P90X treating you? Just remember that you’re going to have to go toe to toe with me again one day so, keep your strength up too! Train hard Bro!
