Doing 315 lb Stiff Legged Dead Lifts!!!

What a powerful day!!! I went solo again and used my leg wraps to protect my knees so I could get more range. It went pretty good as you can tell by some of the pics. My knees don’t hurt when I dead lift so I was able to push it to the limit! I got all the way up to 315 lbs with no problem at all. Check out the rotation:

  • Super set Leg Curls with dead lifts/ 4 sets of 12, 10, 8, 6
  • Leg extension for 6 sets of 12 heavy
  • Seated Calf Raises 4 sets of 15
  • And Leg Press 3 sets of 12 moderate weight

I would’ve tried for more weight on the leg Press but it’s been awhile since I went for full range. So I went a little lighter for this round but felt really good! George has been telling me to go without the wraps to strengthen my knees but; since I was on my own I went for it! It’s Chest Day for me tomorrow and I’ll tell you in advance that it’s going to be a powerful one! Believe it people!!!!!!
