It's been a good week last week. My strength returned really quickly since doing the show. Normally it takes awhile to get back on point but all's well this time around. I'm gonna do a 6 day rotation like before but now I'm going to focus on just one body part per day. I will be making some changes however. I'm gonna do my calfs and abs 3 days a week this time around. so this is what it's gonna look like:
I'll do my abs in the morning be fore I train so i can do them on an empty stomach. I usually eat right before I workout( This is a Nitro thing, most people can't eat right before they train).
