Well Shows over!!!!! I got 4th place. It's not what I was shooting for but I went up against real good competition and did the best I could.

So let's come to grip with reality, My legs are what are preventing me from becoming # 1. I would rather step on stage and beat the best instead of hoping that I don't go up against some good people and sneak away with the # 1 spot.

So.......... here's the plan. 1st, I've got to get my body back to normal. It took a beating getting ready for this and I lost a whole bunch of weight. 2nd, put a new plan in place for my legs. What I've been doing has helped my legs get leaner but not as big as I need, and that's what it comes down too, SIZE!!!! With the bad knees this is going to be a challenge for me but it's something that will happen. I will not be denied my position of GREATNESS!! 3rd, change the way I've supplemented my diet. I've figured how to push my workouts to the limit. now I'm gonna maintain my upper as I make my lower grow.

Now the REAL SHOW begins............. the quest to be number 1!!!!!! stay tuned...........

I'll be on vacation until next week so I'll try to get my computer fixed when I return and give you regular updates on my progress on my way to greatness.
