Here's the latest updates, I thought that I forgot my camera on Fri(turns out I had it with me the whole time!!) as for the workout that day, it went real well. Mayuri, Byron and myself went at it with a slower controlled tempo. Even at a slow pace, we got a really good burn on our Backs and Triceps!! I was really happy about that.

As for Sat., just Byron and myself were in the building and we did a light Shoulder workout being that I felt like I hurt it while working at my other job. I think the workout that we did actually helped made it feel better. Another blessing for me all the way around!!

Now here's the really good news,..... I've got someone coming in to video tape me and the crew working out!!!! I'm so excited about this!! This is my first time doing a shoot like this so I'll take all the prayers and support that I can get!!!

Due to this fact I'll Probably put the blog on hold for the next 3 days because of the shoot( maybe I'll do a pic at the end of each day if I can)

I should be back to blogging by Thus this week, Stay tuned....
