Me and Byron Did ,,legs together today and i left my camera at home so no pics today. the rotation went as follows:

  • 4 Sets of Squats and Dead Lifts 10 Reps each
  • Super set of Step-Ups, Single Leg Leg Curls, Single Leg Standing Calfs 10 reps each for 4 Rounds
