Zarha, Me and Mayuri

Whoa!!!!!!! It was another good one!! We had a new Guest Zarha AKA "Z" in the building today. New to the blog but not new to my style of training, Z has worked out with me be fore and currently trains under Allen's supervision. We also had Allen, John, Mayuri holding it down too. Check out this rotation People:

  • Flat, Incline and Decline Bench 4 Sets of each one(one at a time) with Straight Bar Curls In between each one, (That's 12 Sets of Curls Man!!!!)
  • Flat Dumbbell Flies Super Set with One Arm Cable Curls

Yeah that's Right Baby!! That's how we get down!!! Only 2 more weeks of training before the show, you better believe I plan to bring the heat!! Stay tuned........
